Setup Grandstream Mobile App

Obtain Your Extension Info

  • Log into PBX portal: https://manage.clearviewvoice.net
  • Login Name will be your [email protected] domain I.e. [email protected]
  • Enter your Password
  • Click Log In
  • Click on the Phones button at the top
  • Select the configuration button for the extension you want to configure – Note: you will only see the information if the phone model is set to Manual or Softphone
  • Take note of the Domain, Outbound Proxy, Username and Password

  • Click Save when you are finished
  • If you do not have a mobile softphone extension, please contact support!
     

Account Setup

  • Open the GS Wave application on your mobile phone
  • Click on the Settings Icon on the bottom right then click Account Setting
  • Click on the + button
  • Click on SIP Account
  •  Enter the following information:
    • Account Name: Enter a descriptive name for this account. Typically we use the extension number (i.e. 1001)
    • SIP Server: Enter Domain from PBX Portal’s Phone information
    • SIP User ID: Enter Username from PBX Portal’s Phone information
    • SIP Authentication ID: Enter Username from PBX Portal’s Phone information
    • Password: Enter Password from PBX Portal’s Phone information
    • Display Name: Enter your name
    • Voicemail UserID: 5001
    • Once done, click on the Checkmark and back out.
  • Select the account you created
  • Scroll Down to Network Settings and select Outbound Proxy
  • Enter the SIP Outbound Proxy from the PBX Portal’s Phone Information 
  • Scroll to SIP Settings and select Unregister before New Registration
  • Select Do not Unregister
  • Go back to the Settings page
  • Go to Network settings and turn of WiFi Only
