MS Teams – Signing In

ou can access Microsoft Teams from the web, desktop client or mobile app. 

Teams on the web

1. Visit https://teams.microsoft.com and sign in using your email address and email password
2. Click ‘Use the web app instead’ and you’re in. It’s that easy.

Teams desktop app

If you prefer to use the desktop application it may already be installed, check by searching your Start Menu

1. Click the Start Button
2. Type the word ‘Teams’ (No need to click anywhere, you can simply type after pressing the Start button)
3. Click the application if its installed

Teams may already be running. You can check in your system tray

If teams is not installed, please open a ticket with support.
To sign into Teams simply enter your email address and email password.

Teams mobile app

You can download the Microsoft Teams mobile app from the IOS or Android Appstore. 

1. Download the app
2. Log in using your email address and email password.
